In the Fenland and East Cambridgeshire Opportunity Area (OA) one of our priorities is to improve the support for children and young people with mental health concerns and Special Educational Needs. We have recently appointed Tiffany Middleton as the SEND and Inclusion Regional Lead to develop a package of support for schools in the OA.

To further refine and implement the package of support and training on offer we are now looking for a small team of subject experts and specialists to join Tiffany. We are looking for candidates interested in working as an Opportunity Area Outreach Support Worker and specialising in one of the following: Attachment, Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health or Behaviour Support. These roles are available on a fully flexible basis as a secondment and are open to staff in local schools, academies and special schools with an interest in joining the team on a part time basis alongside their current role. We are looking for local specialists from within the OA and the surrounding area who could bring their knowledge and expertise to the team.

More information about the roles can be found in the Job Description and Person Specification but if you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
