YMCA free webinars

The YMCA is pleased to offer school staff, parents and carers the opportunity to join a series of fully funded live webinars over the coming months to help support you with the mental health challenges that arise as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The upcoming webinars will focus on the anxiety that we are seeing in some children. The content will be shaped by the responses submitted on the booking form, however it is likely to include:

  • What anxiety can look like in school
  • How to talk about anxiety
  • How to support children in managing anxiety

Themes identified in these sessions will be followed up at a later webinar in May 2021.

The webinars have been divided into two sessions; one for school staff and the other for parents. Please book using the Eventbrite links below (there are two separate links for the specific audiences). Please forward the relevant details to parents and carers in your school and encourage them to participate.

For more information about the webinars, please call 01733 373187 or email
